Throughout the year, Ripple Effect Promotions’ travel program supports our thorough training with seminars, retreats, and cross-training. Plus, traveling together helps us get to know one another outside our professional roles, helping us to maintain our culture of teamwork.

Our company’s most recent outing took Yerik, President of Ripple Effect Promotions, to Orange County, California for a national leadership event. “This was an amazing chance to meet and network with industry leaders from all over North America. I’m proud of Chris for qualifying to come with me; he learned a lot, and gained useful techniques from the keynote speakers. I’m pleased to be part of an organization that sees travel as a worthwhile way to invest in team member growth.”

Along with the lessons learned from talks, Chris and Yerik were impressed by the awards ceremony that recognized top producers for hitting big goals. Yerik found it inspiring to see the range of backgrounds and experience levels that were honored, and Chris got to see just how much opportunity for advancement and profit exists in the field of on-site marketing. The two of them came home with great stories to share, and helpful info that has positively impacted everyone in the office.
