Now that we’re getting into the holiday season, we are excited to add new people to Team Ripple Effect Promotions. Yerik, our firm’s President, explained that we are hiring for both full-time and seasonal positions. We want to maximize the potential the season brings with it, so we’re looking for candidates who separate themselves from the crowd.

One way potential hires can stand out during interviews is by showcasing problem-solving abilities. When candidates share stories of when they’ve taken aggressive action to devise a winning solution to a pressing issue, we make sure to take note.

We also want to know that potential additions to Team Ripple Effect Promotions have done their homework on our company and the positions they want to fill. If someone understands our work and explains how his or her unique skills can help us achieve our goals, we feel comfortable bringing that person into the fold.

Body language is another way people can set themselves apart from their fellow jobseekers. We look for candidates who maintain eye contact, lean in slightly when listening, and use appropriate hand gestures when speaking. Those who project confidence through these nonverbal cues tend to get our attention.

We’ll be looking and listening for these signs as we evaluate prospective hires. Follow Ripple Effect Promotions on Twitter to get updates on our current hiring push.

We set people up for career success at every stage.
